The Lifeways Group in Sunderland is currently looking to expand their fantastic team in our local Supported Living services.
At Church View apartments, residents benefit from a vibrant network of staff and friends, while having peace and quiet when needed. There are twelve apartments, twelve accessible bungalows, and a shared garden for residents to enjoy!
The successful candidate will join a well-established team. Therefore, the ability to work as part of a diverse and multi-skilled team is essential. Essential Experience and Qualifications:
Ideally, you will hold an NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or a QCF Level 3 award, certificate, or diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with relevant experience in the field. Previous management or supervisory experience is essential, given the supervisory responsibilities of this role.
This role requires flexibility, including participation in a 24-hour on-call rotational system to provide management support and person-centred approaches to service users.
