Lifeways Group in Sunderland is seeking a confident Team Leader to shape outstanding Supported Living services. You will lead a team of Support Workers, partner with the Service Manager, and uphold high standards of safety and person-centred care to help people live independent, fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centred care.
• Work with the Service Manager to keep services running smoothly.
• Ensure standards, safety and quality are maintained at all times.
• Drive continuous improvement and set the tone for excellence.
• Participate in a 24-hour rotational on-call rota.
