Job summary

Lifeways Group in Newcastle is seeking a confident, driven Team Leader to guide a team of Support Workers in our supported living services. You will work with the Service Manager to keep services running smoothly, champion person-centred care, safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience leading or supervising in a care or supported living environment.
• Natural leader with energy, resilience and heart.
• Flexible, organised and ready to step up when it matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Support Workers.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to keep services running smoothly.

• Promote safety, quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Be available for 24-hour on-call rota.
