Job summary

Lifeways Group in Bedworth is seeking a lively and experienced Care Team Leader to work alongside our Service Manager in the day-to-day management of our established service.

You will lead and motivate a team of Support Workers, ensure person-centred care, support individuals with daily routines, oversee medication and documentation, and conduct staff supervisions and appraisals. We provide training and development in a supportive workplace with opportunities to grow.
