Job summary

Chef & Brewer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team has everything needed to keep service running smoothly and customers happy. You will deputise for management and uphold high standards of service and safety.

As a leader, you will organise the team, keep the bar clean and compliant, and model excellent customer care with a warm welcome. Strong English skills are essential for safety and allergen controls.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

What you’ll bring…

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
