ASDA in Southampton is seeking a Team Leader for a Permanent, full-time night-shift role. You’ll lead the department’s day-to-day operations, support colleagues, and ensure customers receive excellent service.

A key part is keeping stock organized, guiding new starters, and solving on-the-floor issues with your manager. The role requires retail or customer-facing experience, a proactive, reliable attitude, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

As a Out of hours Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
