Job summary

ASDA in Redditch is seeking a Team Leader to drive the day-to-day running of the department and lead by example on the shop floor. You’ll support colleagues, manage stock and help ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

You’ll work closely with your manager to maintain high standards, motivate your team and adapt to a 36-hour week, including weekends and evenings. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive benefits package.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor.
