Job summary

Asda in Newtownards is hiring a Team Leader to run the day-to-day of the department. You’ll lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, and help new starters, ensuring customers receive excellent service.

You’ll work with the store manager to maintain high standards, keep the team motivated, and handle afternoons shifts in a 36-hour week, at £14.10 per hour. This permanent, full-time role offers competitive benefits.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading the day‑day running of your department.
