Job summary

ASDA is seeking a Team Leader to guide the day-to-day operations of the department at Aspley, Nottingham. You will lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock and help provide the best possible customer service.

You’ll work with your manager to sustain high standards, keep the team motivated, and be a go-to person on the shop floor. Previous retail or customer-facing experience and strong communication are essential; shifts include weekends and evenings.

As aTeam Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service.
