Job summary

Vale View Heights Care Home in Sidmouth is seeking a Team Leader to oversee care delivery and support the wellbeing of residents. Experience isn’t mandatory, as full training and development are provided to help you build confidence, gain qualifications, and progress your career.

We’re looking for compassionate individuals with NVQ Level 3 and medication management knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Full and part-time candidates with NVQ level 3 and Medication Management.
• Good written/verbal communication and people skills.
• Team players who can work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends and adapt to shift patterns.
• Good IT skills; able to use electronic devices and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Organise and participate in social and recreational activities for residents.
• Assist with residents' personal care and mealtimes.
• Provide support to help residents maintain independence.
• Get to know residents and their families to provide the best possible care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
