Job summary

Vale View Heights Care Home is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, homely environment for residents across all areas of the home. You will work in bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges and dining rooms, ensuring a tidy and welcoming space that supports residents and staff.

The role requires a caring, compassionate nature with good communication and teamwork, and offers full-time or part-time hours with alternate weekends."

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Housekeeper or Cleaner.

Hours:Full Time/Part Timehours, (Alternate Weekends)

Location: Vale View Heights, Fortescue Road, Sidmouth, EX10 9QG

Weare looking for a Housekeeper to join our friendly Nursing Home team.

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and homely environment for our residents. Working in all areas of the home from bedrooms and bathrooms to lounges and dining rooms, the tasks you carry out will ensure everyone can enjoy a clean, tidy and welcoming environment. This means youll have a direct impact on our residents, their visitors and all the staff working to support them.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience working as a Housekeeper or Cleaner

• The desire to make a positive contribution to the lives of others
• Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work as part of a team
