Welford Healthcare is seeking a Team Leader for St Peter's Care Home in Bury St Edmunds. You will support residents' physical and emotional needs, coordinating care with a compassionate, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for candidates with NVQ level 3 and Medication Management.
• Compassionate personality and desire to help others.
• Good written and verbal communication and people skills.
• Teamwork-oriented with flexibility for weekends.

Responsibilities

• Organise social and recreational activities for residents.
• Assist with personal care and mealtimes.
• Provide support to help residents maintain independence.
• Get to know residents and their families to provide the best possible care.
• Maintain accurate records.

Hours:

Location: St Peter's Care Home, 29 Out Risbygate, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 3RJ

We’re Looking For

• Full and part-time candidates with NVQ level 3 and Medication Management.
• With compassion and a drive to help others.
• You’ll need good written/verbal communication and people skills.
• We like people who work well in a team.
• Flexibility is important. Team members work alternate weekends.
• Good IT skills, able to work with electronic devices and/or computer systems.
