Pret A Manger, part of the Hala Group family, is seeking two General Leaders in Salisbury to supervise both Front of House and Kitchen operations. You’ll lead shifts, coach the team, and ensure high food standards while delivering great customer service.

Job Description:

We're on the lookout for two enthusiastic and passionate Leaders to join our Reading - The Oracle Pret A Manger team, part of the Hala Group family Franchise as General Leaders (Kitchen & Front of House).

Please note, the role will require working FOH and BOH (Kitchen), making sandwiches, hot food, coffee, customer service. Opening and closing the shop, 5:30am start, with a 6pm finish. - full flexibility required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience within the hospitality industry.


• A passion for hospitality, food, and people.


• Strong communication and organisational skills.


• A hands-on attitude and a love for early mornings!
