Job summary

Pret a Manger is hiring a Front Of House Leader in Sheffield. You will lead front-of-house operations, coach teams, and guarantee exceptional customer service during shifts from 5:00am to 2:00pm across five days.

Opportunity for growth through Pret's Training Academy; roles include full-time and part-time (20 hours) positions with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality/retail environment.
• Ability to train and coach team members to deliver great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations across shifts and ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Coach and support teams to uphold Pret's high standards and drive service quality.
• Collaborate with Managers to run shifts effectively and ensure coverage.
• Participate in Pret Training Academy to develop leadership and management skills.

• Full-time - Shifts are spread over 5 days from Monday to Sunday. You must be available from 5:00am to 2:00pm
