Our client is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join their services in Salford. This role is pivotal in ensuring that staff are motivated, well-organised, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role:

As a Team Leader, you will:

  1. Lead and manage staff to ensure high performance and standards.
  2. Support the Registered Manager and Service Manager in developing teams.
  3. Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission standards and other regulations.
  4. Coordinate staff resources and manage rotas.
  5. Provide support and supervision to staff, addressing performance issues.
  6. Maintain accurate records and ensure thorough support plans.
The Candidate:

The ideal Team Leader will:

  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent professional care qualification.
  • Have experience in line management within a care setting.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Be knowledgeable about care sector legislation.
  • Be flexible to work across a 5/7 rota, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

For the role of Team Leader, the package includes:
