Job summary

Brook Street Social Care is partnering with a well-established children’s residential care provider to recruit a Team Leader for a solo placement home in Preston.

The role requires a minimum of 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a UK driving licence. The salary ranges from £34,084 to £37,509 per year, dependent on qualifications, with a shift pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off.

We are seeking a Team Leader to join the team within a solo placement home in Preston for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Salary: £34,084.00 - £37,509.00 per annum, inclusive of sleeps - (depending on qualification)

Shift Pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off

Essential requirements for a Team Leader:

A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

A full driving licence issued in the UK

• Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
• In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
• Values in line with the organisation, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
