Job summary

Greene King is looking for a Team Leader to guide a busy pub shift, ensuring the team has everything they need and that service stays clockwork, with high standards and happy customers.

You’ll deputise for management, organise the team during peak times, keep the bar safe, legal, and clean, and model excellent service with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible., Get a glimpse into a day in the life of our bar and waiting staff! • Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
