Job summary

Medirest is seeking a Team Leader to oversee Healthcare operations, ensuring smooth daily activities and high-quality service. The role involves supervising a frontline team, managing rotas, stock orders, and compliance with food handling and safety standards.

The successful candidate will lead by example, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and work 40 hours per week on site in Plymouth. Career progression opportunities are available within Compass Group UK & Ireland.

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.

• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties as necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Team Leader to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
