Job summary

Medirest is seeking a Team Leader to help ensure the smooth running of Healthcare operations at RAF Lakenheath on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). You will lead a frontline team, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.

• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Team Leader to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
