Medirest, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a Team Leader to oversee healthcare operations at RAF Lakenheath on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). You will supervise a frontline team, ensure high service standards, and manage deliveries, stock, and rotas to support daily operations.

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.

• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
