Job description

To professionally lead the care team, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained, which meets the needs of the residents.

Does the job role include personal care?: Yes

Working Patterns:

12 hours shifts, plus 15 minute handover each day.

Every other weekend, shift pattern.

Position can be full time or part time. Can be discussed at interview.

Essential details:

• To supervise and participate in the delivery of outstanding care to the residents.
• To lead on the responsibility of residents individual care documentation ensuring a person centred approach.
• To provide effective leadership for care staff through supervision, support and mentoring in all aspects of care.
• To be responsible for safe administration of medication following policies.
• To work effectively with others within the home to ensure that residents needs are met.
