What you will be doing:

1. Acting as a role model by leading and supervising carers day-to-day, working alongside them, and completing regular staff appraisals.
2. Ensuring good team working.
3. Motivating, supporting, and mentoring staff when needed.
4. Organising staff allocations and breaks.
5. Promoting the professional image of the services through excellent communication, appropriate behaviour, and professional appearance.

What we would like you to have to be able to do:

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Pride in working with vulnerable people and taking safeguarding responsibilities seriously.
3. Effective decision-making and judgment.
4. Strong planning and organisation skills.
5. Successfully completed NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care (or equivalent).
6. Achieves all Health & Safety standards.
