Designate Senior Sous Chef | Birmingham West | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating a caring, supportive environment that celebrates success and nurtures talent.
  • Ensuring exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards in food preparation.
  • Maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Building a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
  • Being a proactive problem solver, making quick decisions on your feet.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
