Job summary

Bethphage is seeking a Team Leader for East Shrewsbury to support seven services in a supported living setting. You will help the Service Manager oversee daily operations, ensure person-centred care and coach staff to engage in activities from local walks to community events.

The role requires a UK Manual Driving licence, and you will lead with a positive, inclusive culture while ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Salary aligns with UK terms.

Full-time Team Leader position (37.5 hours per week, 22.5 admin hours) Some sleep-in duties a month at £63 per night

Are you an experienced Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to work across Shrewsbury Supported Living . As a Team Leader you will support the Service Manager to oversee the day to day running of seven services in a supported Living setting and are looking to expand. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times, support the team to attend a range of activities including local walks, local discos, football matches and comic con events.

Key responsibilities as a Team Leader, you will;

• Mentor, coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Conduct audits, spot checks and record this information accurately
• Oversee medication management in line with policy and procedures
• Promote independence, choice and community participation for the PWS
• Coordinate Staff rotas, shift planning and service coverage
