Specialist Homecare Group in the Shrewsbury area seeks a Female Team Leader to guide a small care team supporting an individual with learning disability and autism. You will oversee daily living tasks, communication, and community activities, ensuring person-centred care and family collaboration.
Ideal candidates have prior supervision in care/education, PBS training (preferred), and a driving licence. The role offers 12-hour rolling shifts, with weekend availability and ongoing training.
Pay: £15.50 per hour

While she can sometimes display distressed behaviours, she thrives with consistent support from people who are calm, patient, and trained (or willing to be trained) in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
