Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to oversee shifts, energise the team and maintain exceptional coffee service. You will role-model reliability, lead by example, and ensure customers receive memorable experiences during each visit.

You will train new Baristas, support flexible shifts, and communicate clearly to keep operations smooth and friendly, even under pressure. This role emphasizes confidence and teamwork.
