Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is recruiting for a Line Leader at the Ruskington site. You will work on a rolling shift pattern (Mornings/Afternoons) to meet production targets while ensuring products are manufactured and packaged to the required specifications.

The role requires you to lead a team, adhere to health and safety and food safety standards, and contribute to a strong holiday scheme and employee benefits. Opportunities for progression are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machine operative or similar role.
• Good communication skills and clarity in work instructions.
• Literacy and numeracy skills at an adequate level.
• Positive thinking, self-motivation and a proactive approach.
• Ability to use own initiative to solve problems.
• Strong work attitude and reliability.
• Hands-on approach to solving issues in production

Responsibilities

• Ensure production targets are met and products are produced and packaged to a high standard.
• Ensure team members adhere to company policies, H&S and Food Safety standards at all times.
