• Lead by Example: Set the standard for excellent service and ensure your team delivers outstanding guest experiences every day.
• Motivate and Develop: Inspire and support your team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to help them grow.
• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and ensuring seamless service.

• Support the Front of House: Step in where needed, whether assisting with service, handling customer queries, or maintaining a welcoming and well-kept dining area.
