Job summary

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Residential Team Leader in St Helens to support young people ages 8–18 with daily routines, meals, and activities. The role emphasizes safety, empathy, and building trusting relationships in a supportive environment.

You will lead a small team, promote wellbeing, and ensure records are kept to deliver high standards of care. DBS checks are required and training is provided.

• Full induction and ongoing training provided if no prior experience.

Pay: £15.50-£16.00 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

What You’ll Do

• As a Residential Team Leader you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
• Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
• Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
