CareTech Community Services is seeking a Residential Team Leader in St Helens to support young people aged 8–18 in daily routines and activities. You’ll help prepare for school, meals, and planning engaging sessions in a warm home-like setting.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. The role emphasizes safeguarding and building trusting relationships with residents and families.

Location: St Helens

Pay: £15.50-£16.00 per hour plus £30 per sleep in
