Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Residential Team Leader in Tenbury Wells to support young people aged 8–18 with daily routines, schooling prep, meals, and activity planning. You will help create a warm, safe home environment and maintain accurate care records while building strong relationships and providing emotional support.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£14.67) plus £30 per sleep-in, with funded induction and opportunities for professional growth within a caring, child-centered

Residential Team Leader

Location: Tenbury Wells

Pay: £14.67 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Team Leader you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.

• Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
• Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Who You Are

• Warm, patient, a great listener and encourager - focused on achieving outcomes for others.
• Experience and/or qualification in Residential Childcare
