CareTech is seeking a Team Leader in the Manchester region to shape futures for young people aged 8-18. You will support daily routines, build trusting relationships, and plan engaging activities in a warm home environment.

This role requires a Level 3 residential childcare qualification and a clean enhanced DBS with references from the past two years; you will help ensure consistent care and safe, valued experiences for the children you serve.

What You'll Do

• As a Team Leader you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
• Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
• Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
