Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions UK Ltd is recruiting for a permanent, full-time floor supervisory role in our UK warehouse operations. You will work shifts from 08:00-16:00 and 16:00-00:00 on a rotating two-week cycle, with peak-period flexibility.

The role offers a salary of up to £35,000 plus a shift allowance, with on-site responsibilities and KPI-driven performance. We value strong leadership, team coaching, safe working practices, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce.
• Experienced in managing teams.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA.
• Delivers accurate, high-quality work while seeking continuous improvement.
• Communicates respectfully and inspires team engagement.
• Automation experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing an assigned floor or area within the warehouse, including operational processes, people, and client relationships; proactively planning labour, equipment, and activities during the shift; and fostering a safe working culture that supports team and individual development.
• Manage staff and workflow in a designated area
• Ensure safe working practices are followed
• Support team development through coaching and feedback
• Assist with performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management in line with company policies
• Drive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects
• Be accountable for team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, accuracy, and service levels
