Job summary

Bleckmann UK is seeking a Warehouse Floor Lead to manage an assigned area, coordinate staff, and ensure safe, efficient operations on the 08:00-16:00 shift.

You will lead teams, foster development, and collaborate with client relationships while applying Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA; automation experience is highly desirable. This permanent role offers 33 days annual leave and a salary up to £33,000.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 -16:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £33,000, depending on skills and experience.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for managing an assigned floor or area within the warehouse, including operational processes, people, and client relationships; proactively planning labour, equipment, and activities during the shift; and fostering a safe working culture that supports team and individual development.

• Support team development through coaching and feedback
• Assist with performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management in line with company policies

Profile:

• Leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce
• Experienced in managing teams
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA
• Delivers accurate, high-quality work while seeking continuous improvement
• Communicates respectfully and inspires team engagement
• Automation experience highly desirable
