Team Leader

Location: Mirfield, West Yorkshire (WF14)
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour (Rotating Shifts) | £15.35 per hour (Nights)
Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating Shifts (06:15-14:15 / 14:15-22:15) or Fixed Nights (22:15-06:15)

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate the day-to-day running of the yard while supporting the shunter team to keep trailers moving safely and efficiently.

The Role

As a Team Leader, you'll oversee daily yard movements, coordinate the shunter team, and work closely with the warehouse, production and transport departments to ensure trailers are moved safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
