Omnia Resourcing Ltd is recruiting for a Team Leader – Warehouse in Sittingbourne. You will oversee a fast-paced shift, drive productivity, manage operatives, and uphold safety and quality across daily operations.

Team Leader – Warehouse

Location: Sittingbourne

Shifts & Pay Rates

Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday shift patterns

6:00 pm – 4:30 am – £16.63 per hour

8:00 pm – 6:30 am – £16.88 per hour

Full training provided. Own transport essential due to site location.

To lead and support a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring daily targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
