Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Team Leader or yard supervision role close to transport/logistics.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confident in leading a team and day-to-day operations.
• Good IT skills and professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the shunter team.
• Plan and manage trailer movements across the site.
• Maintain accurate trailer tracking and records.
• Liaise with warehouse, production and transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure transport procedures and health & safety standards are followed.
