An established hospitality chain is looking for a Team Leader to join its pub in Little Altcar. As a Team Leader, you will guide your team to ensure high-quality service for customers, manage day-to-day operations, and help create a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates should exhibit strong leadership qualities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
