Job description

In this role, you'll be nurturing and guiding our IMRDS team (integrated maintenance, repair & developer services) who maintain Anglian Water's supply systems, address emergencies like water bursts and develop innovative ways to better service customers. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, leading a dedicated team whilst working hands-on in the field.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Team Leader, you'll be working within the reactive team, supporting them with site work on the water network. Your day to day will include:

• Ensuring your team's work complies with health, safety and environmental legislation whilst promoting sustainable practices
• Building collaborative relationships with supervisors and colleagues to effectively monitor progress and address challenges
• Creating positive customer experiences through thoughtful and professional communication
• Empowering team members to develop their skills and reach their potential
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery

What are we looking for?

This role of Team Leader is great for you if:

• You hold a Full driving licence
• You have NRSWA & EUSR Water Hygiene qualifications
• You possess a valid CSCS card
