Kier Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to work on the Anglian Water Contract. The role focuses on delivering a people strategy, embedding Kier's HR practices, and partnering with management to drive cultural and organisational change.
You will support a high performing HR team, influence leadership on employee relations, engagement and workforce planning, and work across offices and sites with hybrid flexibility.
We're looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Anglian Water team.
Location: Huntingdon/Norwich/Ipswich/Lincoln/Peterborough - Hybrid working available with travel to offices and sites as required
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
