Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to steer shift operations at one of our pubs. You’ll support the team, ensure orders are accurate, and keep service fast and friendly for every guest.

In this role you’ll deputise for management, maintain high standards, and help create a welcoming, safe, and clean environment while delivering memorable experiences for customers. Extra responsibilities include training teammates, handling guest feedback, and ensuring compliance with allergen controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible., Get a glimpse into a day in the life of our bar and waiting staff! • Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
