Mountain Warehouse in Hermiston is seeking a Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team, delivering exceptional customer service, engaging visual merchandising, and strong operational excellence.

You will coach staff, maintain stock presentation, and lead daily store duties to achieve KPIs while representing the brand with enthusiasm in the local community.

• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
