Mountain Warehouse in Bridgend is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide our retail team, delivering exceptional customer service and a vibrant shopping environment through strong coaching and product knowledge.

You will work across day, evening and weekend shifts, ensuring shop floor standards, stock presentation and engaging visual merchandising, while upholding health and safety for staff and customers.

We're looking for a Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on every customer.

Applicant will be required to cover a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts on a weekly basis

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it's delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
