Mountain Warehouse in Bridgend is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide and motivate our retail team. You will drive exceptional customer service, oversee stock presentation, and manage day-to-day operations while covering day, evening and weekend shifts.

This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.32 and a supportive environment where coaching, merchandise development, and frontline leadership help shape a welcoming store experience for every customer.

Applicant will be required to cover a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts on a weekly basis

Sales & Performance

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
