Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in Portsmouth is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining visual and operational standards.

You will lead daily store operations, coach staff, and work with the Store Manager to drive KPIs while ensuring health and safety, and a welcoming shopping experience. This part-time role is based at Gunwharf Quays.

• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
