PIB Group is seeking a Team Leader in Gloucester to manage a team of client-facing insurance professionals, combining hands-on client work with people leadership to deliver a compliant, high-quality service to commercial clients.

You will coach and develop the team, support new business, income and retention targets, and oversee workload allocation while driving improvements in sales processes and cross-department collaboration to ensure regulatory compliance and profitability.

Combining hands-on client work with people leadership, you will lead by example to deliver a high-quality, compliant and efficient service to commercial clients.You will take ownership of guiding, motivating and coaching the team, supporting their development and helping them achieve individual and team goals. You will be accountable for supporting new business, income and retention targets, ensuring client needs are met and maintaining high service standards. You will oversee day-to-day workflow and team operations, provide technical and operational guidance, and step in to manage team functions when required. You will also identify and implement improvements to sales processes, driving standards and contributing to a compliant and profitable business.
