PIB Insurance Brokers, part of PIB Group, is hiring an Account Manager to join our Property Owners/Real Estate team in Norwich. You will manage a defined client portfolio, assess needs, and arrange tailored insurance and risk management solutions, while supporting growth and retention.

We value client-facing experience, FCA compliance understanding, and strong communication. The role is hybrid in Norwich and offers clear progression within a fast-growing UK insurer group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role within Property Owners/Real Estate insurance.
• Understanding of Property Owners insurance and FCA compliance requirements.
• Confident MS Office user; Acturis or similar platform experience a plus.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills to meet SLAs and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cert CII desirable

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor for a defined client portfolio, assessing client needs and arranging tailored insurance and risk management solutions.
• Support business growth and client retention through proactive service and renewals.
• Handle day-to-day broking tasks including queries, renewals, and adjustments; coordinate insurer surveys.
• Ensure all activities meet high compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Director and broader PIB Group team to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Keep clients informed with clear, timely communications and service updates.
