Job summary

Greene King’s Hungry Horse is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations. You’ll support the management team, coordinate staff during peak times, and uphold safety and quality standards across the pub.

As an ambassador for the brand, you’ll foster a welcoming atmosphere, train and motivate the team, and help deliver memorable experiences for guests while adhering to all legal and safety requirements.
