Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for Hungry Horse pubs in the United Kingdom. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the shift runs like clockwork, the team has what it needs, and customers are kept happy.

You’ll deputise for the management team, organise and coordinate the crew during busy periods, keep the bar safe, legal, and clean, and model excellent service with a warm welcome for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality or pubs.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations.
• Ability to manage busy shifts and coordinate staff.
