Job summary

Hungry Horse, part of Greene King, is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift and support the team in delivering great customer service. You will ensure the bar runs smoothly, resolve issues, and uphold high standards across service, safety, and compliance.

The role is based in a pub environment, with opportunities to lead a busy team and develop your leadership skills within the Greene King family.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience on every visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, ensuring smooth service.
• Make sure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, handling issues quickly and safely.

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
